    the end of the summer?

i saw some clouds on the horizon today so i guess its the beggining of the end of the summer.

the locals say it might rain before october.

some divers have started to use 5mm wetsuits.

its time to fly south i think......

the housing is only rated to 40m so we don't take it everywhere.

there is loads to see out here and we have only just scratched the surface.

we are trying to get to "le polynesien" at the mo.

    dive safe.

We're planning a trip to Malta in early November, what are the average temperatures around that time?

I know it is considered Malta's winter but as England doesn't get summer anymore I'm kinda hoping for some warmish and dry days and warm seas - will I be dissapointed?

    hi,
should be sunny mainly -shorts and t-shirt.
water will still be in the 20's(just) so a full wet suit is the job or a drysuit if you feel the cold.

I dont live there admittedly but i was there last time for a month from last week of october to end of november. Water was 20-21c. I had a 5mm wetsuit, froze and was vowing to take my drysuit next time.
Air temp in the low to mid 20s, some days strong wind though.

Thank you all very much for the info, I'm going to brave my 6mm wetsuit as I used it a couple of weeks ago in Capernwray and was fine (17C) I'm only really planning on a couple of dives so if it's too cold for a wetsuit it'll only be one

I will take a jumper or two - I don't mind it being a bit chilly, so long as it's dry.
