| Robert. When i had a surveyor come look at my boat with the plans for having a lift on the STERN. He rang the MCA surveyor , who impied " If a lift is fitted a boarding ladder / scamble net must be available to recover any Man OVERBOARD ". Thats for coded boats..... personally club / private dive boats ... I don't know.
