Not in my air conditioned office, it's not. Best £50 we ever spent at an industrial auction- ended up with 2 proper AC units that are big enough to cool a football stadium.
Brrrrrrrr. Pass me a jumper, will you?

Bet you'd ban wearing jumpers if you had a young lady in the office !

A lady? In an engineering office? I have heard of the concept but have never seen such a thing.

Dear Sir
Please find attached a slap for your immediate attention.
Secondly. It has now stopped raining in Cornwall, which is good. Yesterday it was Meditteranean, and, being on holiday this week we made the most of it playing on the boat in the glorious sunshine. This morning it was more like the Caribbean....in the wet season. Thunderstorms and lightening, power cuts and torrential rain. Still very warm though!
It's 44 degrees C in Dallas.
I regularly contribute to Diver, DYK (Sweden & Denmark), Undercurrent and other diving magazines but my views expressed here are independent.

30°c outside, 28°c in the office and 42°c on the underground!!!!
The jubilee line is like a long mobile sauna that you have to go in with all your clothes on. Made worse yesterday by being packed full of take that fans (mostly 'women of a certain age' in my carriage) on their way to Wembley. This is the time of year I wish I didn't work in london. Have to have a shower when I get home.
Oh well, at least I don't have to drive to work in the traffic anymore.
