Dreamweaver is good but the code it generates is very cluttered (especially if you convert to tables to frames and then back to tables again ). My advice is spend a tenner on a Dummies Guide to Website building and then code it in Notepad. I code mostly in Notepad now as I have gotten used to keeping the code as simple as possible.

Yeah, but are we talking the difference between people who wanna knock up a couple of pages or proper development.

The original requirement was for a couple of pages for a kids swimming club and by someone who doesn't know HTML.
