Confused.....

An SP2 is a Scalable Power Parrallel system running AIX. Whats all this nonsence about XP?

You know the only real way to fix windows is to format and reload - preferably Linux.

Have you got the latest version of Zone Alarm? They issued an SP2 compatible version a while ago. I've got it running with 1mb broadband no problems. I used to use McAfee Firewall but that was causing all sorts of difficulties so gave up on it.
