Have questions though...

I have a full Sky package, in anybodys opinion am I best ditching this in favour of NTLs TV package, notwithstanding their dodgy customer service record?

I've heard tell that NTLs ability to provide a good service is effected by geography, ie some parts of the country are better served than others........something to do with who the intitial contractor was that installed the cable all those years ago. Anyone know if this is true, and if so is Nottingham good or pants?

Thats somewhat true, their website will tell you the level of service to expect based on your postcode.

I find the service fine but the customer service very weak. The engineers etc are all great but it can take an hour to get through or 2 weeks to get a call out
