| I've got a Sony 32 inch widescreen a couple of years ago and it's great. Nick, I know you're London based, so if you buy it from John Lewis on Oxford Street they give you a five year guarantee and will price match anywhere within an X mile radius (which includes all the odd little shops on Tottenham Court Road). Laters, Janos

| Just Keep away from Large LCD for a few months as the picture quality on these at the moment are no where near as good as a CRT, all due to the back light display and picture lag. These will soon be better and on sale in 5 months time from Sony (better backlighting = better colour representation,) (Picture lag = fuzzy edges instead of sharp quality and highly defined edges) The plasmas are good but will only look good for 3-4 years due to burn through. Again these are set to improve but LCD should be much better by then. I bought a Sony KD32DX50 about 6 months ago, fantastic picture for around £600. I do Picture quality measurments with my Job
