| Can you connect to it using a network cable rather than just over wifi? Have you got the correct SSID entered? If you search for your network with netstumbler can you find it? Good luck!!

| Nope, I'm going down the same route. I need to sort out my Wifi security as I have just found out that my neighbour has been using my broadband connection for the last couple of weeks as I had forgotten to set one damn checkbox in my router! She had bought a new laptop and found that she had access to the internet, rather than tell me, she carried on using it until she let it slip after a few drinks the other night! |

| I had a problem recently when I tried to add a new computer (mate's laptop) to my wifi network. Neither of the two wireless machines in the house, or his laptop, would connect once I had added his MAC address. Turned out I had selected the option to exclude those three addresses, rather than exclude any address other than those three. Oops. Had to reconfigure the router by connecting to it with an ethernet cable once I realised what I'd done. Once I'd included rather than excluded the relevant addresses everything worked perfectly. Might be something similar going on here?

| Worth a try Keith, Have you tried a factory reset? This should return all of the settings to the factory defaults. Its usualy something "press and hold the reset button for x seconds" HTH John
