Sounds like 'fair use' to me!

It would also be sensible to check the integrity of the backup by listening to it periodically.

Obviously YD can not be seen to be condoning or supporting this type pf activity - especially with 17 folks currently being dragged through the courts and prosecuted for this very practise!
