I use McAfee and wondering if this has to do with it? One e-mail I sent from personal puter to my company has yet to arrive after two days, I've checked the Spam box and it's not there.
How do I know for sure that the e-mail has left my computer? Wondering it is a server problem rather than myself. |
Worst case scenario.>
This is usually an interception type virus,The hacker infects your PC with a small program that re-directs the emails (or key worded ones) away from the recipient and into a store box of his own,He then reads them or changes them and re-sends them onto the intended recipient.
Obviously if this hacker is away from his PC your nicked emails will be stacking up in his store box and possible all get re-directed in one go.
When I was heavily connected to the Games console world a few years back I had this happen to me a few times.
OR it could just be your ISP `s mail server being slow
