HELP please

Have bought myself an mpman mp3/wma player thingie. I have put some tunes on it (I think), well when I plug it in to the laptop, it tells me that the music I have put on it. Cant get it to play anthing though - it tells me there are no files on it. AAAAAaaaaaarrrgh
Help me please, before I throw it out the window.

What software are are you using to view the songs on your lap top?

Be able to view the files on your mpman, on the wma!

The software has to import the songs to your laptop wma, then compress them so that they can be stored on your mpman thingie!

Also depending on where you sourced your music from, i.e Itunes they wont play etc on other devices!

When you attach the mpman thingie to laptop their should be some notification on your music viewer (if they are synchronised)! And you should be able to see what compressed files have been uploaded!

problems solved. My kid sis is here and has managed to get them on to the mp3 player for me. Now know how to do, so will give it a go tonight.
