| Sorry Phil forgot this one! Sounds like a crap host/ISP problem to me. E-mail is usually very quick but is by no means instantanious. I've known some mail be held up for 24 hours+ due to mail server problems. That said if your consistantly loosing mail you could try the stuff below. If the webmail says no mail then you can be 99.99% sure there is no mail there to download. Your webmail looks directly at your mailbox on your ISP's mail server. I would suggest checking webmail before you leave the office to check for mail. Then check webmail from home when you get there before you open outlook. If the webmail shows e-mail but outlook doesn't download anything then you have a problem but I doubt that will happen. Finally if you want to check exactly when a problem e-mail reached your ISP then give me a call mate and I'll talk you through checking the mail headers. These will show when the mail hit each server. HTH
