TV shows from the Internet
Can anyone point me to a fool's guide (or wirte on here!) for downloading recorded tv shows from the internet.

I know when I recorded the Tanya Streeter freediving the galapagos show it was suggested I could share it with others via BitTorrent or something, but having read their FAQ I am more lost than ever.

How could I find content and download it (safely), and possibly share stuff (holiday vids etc) with anyone else, say from here, who wanted it?

Obviously I understand that some stuff is copyrighted and I would never do such a thing as to breach that
