| You have a couple of option, if your using MSoffice 2003 there is a utility with that called Picture Manager, this can be used to resize the photo. If you don;t find anything let me know and you can e-mail it to me and I'll re-size it for you if you like.

| Just use MS paint which comes with Windoz... Load the picture into MS Paint, Grab the picture, at the lower right corner, Then, with the mouse button depressed, move the corner, resizing. Keep an eye on the lower lext of the window. You'll see numbers srinking as you move the mouse up and left. When it gets to 75*75, your there. Don't forget to save as JPG. |

| It wont work in Paint, this will crop the picture, i.e. re-sizing the canvas it is on rather than re-sizing the actual picture. At least it does on my PC, though mine has been known to be round the bend.
