The Pox on The Trojans!
I am running all manner of spy ware and virus removal tools in the shape of AVG AdAware etc but I have had no luck in removing the latest crop of shite that has infested my home PC.
Last time I had a trojan/virus issue I followed the advice posted to someone else on here and cleared the problem in no time.
The main issue this time is Kazaa which AVG can't see so keeps giving me the all clear but I have identified it using NoAdware.
Any advice please.

Well I use avast for antivirus; this free for personal use avast! antivirus software - computer virus, worm and Trojan protection by ALWIL Software

I use spybot in combination with Ad-aware SE.

Generally keeps things under control.
Tend to do updates and sweeps on a weekly basis.

Stop using Kazaa and start using Newsgroups, preferably a paid service such as UseNet.

Or I use bittorrent software... Find that Bitcomet does the trick for me. Not had any viruses from it?

Don't use Kazaa and never have but it has been identified as the main culprit. It seems to have dragged a load more crap into the system.
