Arrgghhh help needed urgently MS word
Dunno what happened my Word is displaying all the codes etc.

e.g page numbers are shown as {Page} at the bottom

but in print preview it shows it as 1

it is doing the same for anything that has some coding in it.

I cannot view my texts properly because of this, I assume its just some setting somewhere but I dont know how to chnage it back.

I cant work on my files properly because of this!

Half the paragraphs are disjointed and covered by the funny coding language every so other. due to my bibliography/referencing software.

try tools, options.
then uncheck field codes

If i knew how to green someone I would!!

thanks alot saved me alot of stress and having to hump across to the other office or steal a new computer.

You click on the scales in the top right corner of the post to green someone.

cheers dude, seriously that helped me alot. it sounds like a small thing but really stopped me from going over the edge.

thats what I though you click the green thingy to green someone, but doesnt work for me? only certain conditions?

You click on the scales above the 'green thingy' and then you can chose I approve or I disapprove and leave a message why.
