I also would warn you that DELL are shite they are the most rtv calls I get in the past 18 mth I have rtv'd (returned to vendor) more dells than any other make. Just a thought

The Dells we've had at work have been, to a PC, nary a problem. TBH, given the prices they knock the cheap ones out at I am not surprised about a fair few of them failing.

I wasn't at all impatient to make a decision about my new PC until after I went into PC World and saw them there.

overall there are thousands of pc's a day roll off the lines for Joe public from all makers, I just get to see the ones that don't work well.
It was just a thought from me I am sure there are more working ones than busted or dell would not be where they are in the market.
please move along nothing to see here
