help with a dvd to psp

i have a psp and cant for the love of god work out how to put a dvd film onto the dam thing. I have dvd shrink and pc, i have tried to take out the extra stuff using dvd shrink to save space on the memory card. I have saved it both as ISO file, which the psp dosent recognise and then tried to save as hard drive folder, this then saves, but when i open the folder on the pc its gives me a few VTS files, but when u try to convert using psp 9 it will only convert 1 of the files, you cant select all the file. So before i head butt the psp is there someone out there that can help me...........

Hi

You need to save it as an mpeg 4 file, .mp4, and then place the file in a folder on your memory stick to which the path has to be PSP_ROOT/100MNV001/filename.mp4

The filename also must be called M4V00001.mp4 or similar (The initial letters are mandatory followed by 5 digits of whatever you like)

Once you do that you will be able to see the movie on the video tab. Some software allows you to create a thumbnail image, but you don't need one for it to work.

Andy
