Sky Connect

I changed to Sky connect in February and up until the other day I hadn't had any problems but on Thursday (I think) there was apparently a problem with their equipment at the exchange or at least that is what Sky told me

The service wasn't available for a few hours and yesterday it happened again, don't know how long it was down as I just logged off.

Anyone else on Sky Connect and having problems.
