backup data diac
hi guys
I've just been told by the guy at dell that i have to do a pc system restore,and he told me i would have to back up the data i've added to a disc.unfortunately,he wasn't allowed to tell me how to do it!!he did give me a link to here Dell - Search - All Dell.com but i'm none the wiser,anybody help.

Hi Fraser

I use Paragon as software to run all my backups http://kb.paragon-software.com it's freeware (free download) and pretty easy to configure I think you can back up to DVD or CD (i assume you have one of those writers) . To protect myself from hard drive failure and viruses that lead to formatting hardrives etc I also have a 350Gb external hardrive that I back everything up to. £70 0r £80 from PC world if you are in a hurry, cheaper from dabs.com or scan.co.uk
