| .html form design help required I am trying to put together a webpage together which has a series of boxes which will be filled in for ordering some prints. The following are required: 'Name', 'Address', 'Email address' & 'Telephone Number' The boxes would be 'Reference' (free-text), 'Size' (drop-down) & 'Quantity' (numerical free text). I would need around 10 boxes to start with but there should be an option to increase the numbers of boxes 10 at a time. No maximum number of boxes is required. At the bottom of the page, I would like to have a button which says 'Paypal' or 'Cheque'. There is then a submit button at the bottom which then sends an email to my address with the order details. Anyone help out  Thanks

| Thanks guys, I have managed to find an immediate solution for the CD I have to deliver tomorrow but am open to offers (and would be rewarded) for something in the long term. JasonP, not sure what the server is running on...

| I used to use FormMail - costs a couple of quid but was superb, support was extremely quick.
