| Ok, I've ran the software on my laptop and it's loaded up fine even though I have Vista as my operating system (YES - I know now!! ![]() For whatever reason, once the laptop downloads the dive memory, I dont seem to be able of finding a way of saving the information. If I then close the program and restart it, my user name and password dont exist, and all of the previously imput information / dives are gone. I know I'll be doing something really stupid so can someone please help me out? Thanks in advance.

Eh? does that mean you have to create a new user every time you try and get into it? How do you save the information once you've imputted it with reference to the dives you've just downloaded?
