1920x1200 at work (But I don;t have my browser full screen more like 1000x1200 )
1024x768 at home

I do know of some people who still use 800x600. Probably a lot more common than you expect.

I would use 800x600 as the minumum to work with, and allow it to scale to larger resoulutions as the user needs.

1440 x 900

For website design I tend to use a fixed width although you could use CSS and javascript to design for several resolution formats.

i would agee with that,

but these days you can probably get away with 1024*768 as a base, i would say there are not many people around using 800*600 (especially in a work environment)

i use 1400*1050 on my work laptop and
at least 1024*768 at home

Also don't forget that some people may be using PDA's/Mobile phones. They could have resoulutions as low as 240x240.
