Fax machines

Dear all,
anybody got any advice about fax machines? The one we have in our office is just too old and knackered now and we were thinking of getting one with more specifications. What we are really looking for is: fax machine (obviously), answer phone and, how can I explain it, "hands free" maybe, where you don't have to hold the receiver to talk and listen.
Hmm, I don't know if such machine even exists...
Any experiences, suggestions, recommendations graetly appreciated.

How about a virtual fax machine? efax - it's free and you receive faxes via your email...

We actually had that for a while but we would prefer to have a separate, freestanding, specially dedicated machine (usually handy for copying as well)-

we use fax.co.uk as a back up.

We have also just bought a new machine which is a fax, photocopier and laser printer, and works very nice. But I don't know if it does the hands free telephone thing though:

We use a fax to email service on the way in (have the line set to call divert) and can either fax from the back of the PC using MS networked fax or stuff it in a Brother laser fax/copier/printer for outgoing faxes (now rarely used).

It works extremely well.
