I doesn't get along with Outlook and they usually have hissy fits and stop working when they are both started at the same time. Well Citrix died today when I was doing some email admin - moving mail into folders etc.. thats when the missing folders thing started. Now I have just had to start Citrix again to recover my old session and once I'd closed it down - properly this time - and started Outlook, Kell Surpise The missing folders are back ????

How confused but relieved am I?

Hi Dave

we deploy Outlook over citrix quite happily, although it is a pain to set up, so I think it's more of a PICNIC problem than a citrix one tbh

Gareth,

I use a Windows Laptop with Citrix to logon to unix boxes. Its a problem usually sorted out by a reinstall of Outlook.

Thanks anyway.
