Question New Sat Nav...which one....???

I've been think about treating myself to a new satnav... I have a Sony at the moment.. and its been good, not been through any fords....

I was wondering... do they do one that I can have the maps updated, by visiting the manufactures websites.. I work on building sites alot, and always seem to be off the map.

I'd like bluetooth..for the hands free bit.. not to bothered about traffic updates...widescreen yes..

any good ones, I should be considering, there is so many about now..?

Thanks Andrew

Hi Twinset mad,

We have the Garmin Nuvi - i believe the new Garmin has bluetooth (ours doesn't).

It does have an inbuilt MP3 player, so you can store music/e-books etc and if rigged correctly you can get it to play through your car stereo system.

You can go online for map updates - I think it has a slightly bigger screen than a tomtom - all in all - we're really pleased with it!

Good luck in your hunt!
Rachael
