DAB Radio.

I am thinking of asking Santa for a DAB Radio. It is only for use in my office (I currently listen to AM radio). I think it would be nice to have the pause/playback option but it must have some wangability (not the American meaning of 'wang') when a good tune comes on and no one else is in the office.

Any suggestions for a cheapish DAB radio. Is there any diff between DAB and listening 'on-line'?

The Pure stuff seems to get a decent review.

Or if Santa is feeling generous with his sack, how about a WiFi radio? Listen to all sorts from across the Interweb and is better quality than DAB.

Planet Rock on-line, especially Alice (Cooper) in the mornings, I use the listen again feature as he starts at 6. Runs in the background and has never interfered with what I'm up to on the pc.

I've got a cheap Bush dab radio the sounds excellent, allthough i do feel a bit miffed when some of the stations are only broadcast in mono or a lousy bit rate. My general feeling about dab is yes its ok limited coverage in my area but over rated. Better choice on the net

Thanks all for your input. I have a sound card in my work PC and spare PC speakers all over the place so I think I'll scrub the DAB radio and leave some room in Santa's sack for something else.
