Ah well, back to plan A.

Did you managed to pick up any in the US before Xmas and if so, what was the going rate?
Unfortunately not, I added up all the bits I wanted & decided I couldn't justify it given the other toys we were collecting. Place I was going to use:
Ikelite Substrobe DS 125 [ike.4065] - $689.00 : Reef Photo & Video!, The Underwater Photo Pros

There may be cheaper places, but they were in the same state, which makes the taxes & shipping easier.

cheers,
Paul

Where they 2 short or standard bodies then

Just have to wait and see what CU/Ikelite say before I spend some more money. However, at those prices, I might be doing some online shopping.

$689 equals £348 which is £160 cheaper than CU

Son, you're going to have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming aircrew. You can't do both.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.

Go to a local radio control shop and have a look at the 7.2v racing packs. They are already connected together like yours and have large capacities.

Strikalite have them

Strikalite Radio Controlled Battery Packs -

Cheaper packs on Active robots though

Active Robots - SANYO 7.2 Volt 3600mAh Ni-MH High Capacity Racing Pack - UK
