| Sourcing some Custom Rechargable Batteries Having flooded a strobe unit in NDAC last week, I was a little pissed off, especially as there didn't seem to be a valid reason for the flood. To makes things worse, I had bought a new NiMH battery pack for the SS-200 for £100 from Cameras Underwater. Having worked out (not difficult!) that the unit was buggered and being sent back to CU for some servicing, I thought I would take the battery pack apart to see what the battery pack consisted of. I just can't work out why this battery pack is worth £100 ![]() ![]() ![]() So, can anyone help me source 6 batteries which have the following requirements. 7.2v, 3000mAh, length 48mm, diameter 25mm. Once I have them, I can get a friendly electronics geezer to put it together Still can't work out why they should cost £100 though Thanks

| Hi Gareth, Try these people. They worked wonders & rebuilt a battery pack for my Beaver torch, they also increased the burn time by using larger Ah batteries ![]()
