It's a small sample size but I have just got to the end of a 5 month saga with TT after they migrated my Aunt's phone away from BT against her wishes. I won't go into all the gruesome details, but their customer service and account departments are on different IT and they have really bad IC problems. After this experience I would actively advise folk to stay clear of them.

But what is really good is the customer service people are people and they answer the phone and I can understand what they say and vice versa.
