hi ya sean i always use ad-aware and spybot s+d

they remove all the malware and spyware that i seem to get !

Me too, but I've also used Hijack-this and spent time on the majorgeeks site when getting stubborn infections off friends porn infested machines.

Oh I also use Ccleaner to clear the cookies which reduces the "infections" reported by spyware/adware cleaners. I do this every few days, before I did this I could easily get hundreds if not thousands of reported infections.

That looks to me like a sales site rather than a 'comparison' site. So, their opinions may be somewhat biased.

PC Tools Spyware Doctor which you can get free with Google Pack seems to grab a few that adaware and S+D miss............
