| I have been on an O2 contract for ages, and have no problem with them. However, when my contract came up for renewal, and i fancied a new phone, i was persuaded by the O2 shop person to take the Nokia N95. I have had it for 3 months, and it is the crappiest phone i have ever had. It switches itself off when it feels like it, it refuses to send texts for no apparent reason, and it freezes regularly. the only good thing about it is the fact that it has a fairly long standby time. This is often extended because it has turned itself off. next time i am in reading, i think i will be returning it, but i have to figure out how to store all my phone numbers somewhere forst. So.... my advice - go for O2 - they work for me, but get a different phone than the N95!

| We recently bought a used Sony Ericsson M600i smartphone and it has way too many features for our use. We merely wanted a phone to enable us to retrieve our business email (if important) and access the web whilst we were away over Christmas. Its an MP3 player as well, no camera as already have 2 myself, but loads of other stuff. We got ours sim free so we could use it on our Orange account, but you can get 02 ones. Check fleabay out as you can get them at decent prices. I use the stylus with mine as I find it easier. Good luck

| well, i have to say that the n95 is excellent. Horses for courses i guess. If you want tom-tom, then you may love the built in gps of the n95. Nokia maps are good, and the whole world is free. I use the wireless lan and web browser a lot, in fact i'm on my n95 writing this... Quicker than firing up my laptop... Takes longer to write this though... Dan. |
