| I think its the same prog, But you have to prove you (your son) is a student before the program is activated, and it might have a lifespan? |

| Upgrades. My wife was a student when I paid full price for CS2 but if we had an educational copy, she needed to still be a full time student to upgrade to CS3 later. They get you in the end.
