Copy of Windows XP / Vista needed
Dear All,

I bought myself an iMac a few weeks ago. It's infuriating, but I have to admit I need Windows available (mainly for running previously purchased games). I had a bit of a mooch through Boot Camp today - it's pre-installed on my 10.5.1 OS.

Although I've run PC's before I've never had, erm, copies of windows that, erm Mr.Gates would approve of, a-hem.

What should I use - XP or Vista - what's the best way of getting a copy? Pikey suggestions involving moody copies especially welcome. Use your imagination..

Don't use vista mate i'd rather inject my eyeballs with warm p*ss than go back to vista but if you get a copy of XP can i have it too please for my macbook pro

xp runs better on my imac i got vista on parallels as well,

havent used boot camp just yet,

i found xtorrent or limewire pro a good source huk hum.......

Have you tried the University? I'd have thought you could get it (for academic use only of course) for the cost of the media.

Failing that, I can copy the XP Professional and Vista Business OEM CDs and someone will be along in a bit with a crack.

Am having much fun trying to 'downgrade' a machine from OEM Vista Business to XP Professional, which the licence allows but Microsoft don't seem to like.

1 hr 20 mins normal time or 6 hrs 86 mins in chasey ratio time to fill the boat, with a mixture of well 'ard (well one ) rebreather divers, rebreather kn*bs, oc divers, even two of "them" sneaked on board. This is YD at its best. Even though Paul organised it.

The problem is that the machine needs to be legit but MS won't issue a product key for that machine with XP despite the ELUA permitting the 'downgrade'.

I have read (ahem) that if you use a BitTorrent client (allegedly) Download music, movies, games, software! The Pirate Bay - The worlds largest BitTorrent tracker can (I am told) provide sources of software (hypothetically). I would hate to think anyone would stoop to such low and illegal measures just to avoid paying a fortune to one of the richest and most powerful companies in the world.
