Bryan go to Deeprose's in Hollington old lane they repair/rewind motors anything from a fan motor on a central heating boiler upto a 3 phase swimming pool pump .

If the motor is running slow then it may be just crud build up on the motor bearings. A quick squirt of WD40 and a spin by hand sometimes frees it up - works with my window motors in the car.
