I've used them several times over the years. I sent back a graphics card after it packed in after a couple of months. It wasn't too painful. I got a replacement.

I've used them for years, they used to be terrible with returns, but not had any issues in the last 2 years on the few things I have returned.

The prices are good and the delivery is pretty good.

I bought my work laptop off them last year and I'd happily buy another off them now if I needed to.

Used them for years, have had to send a couple of things back no problems. The only problems I have had with them are when something is listed as out of stock, then sometimes it comes back in, but sometimes not and if it does it can take ages (by which time the other stuff in your order has gone out of stock).

So basically they are great but only order stuff that's in stock.
