I have a nice bit of software at home that does this. A one click system. I can't remember what it's call. I'll look and post it tonight. If I remember it does take about 4 hours to do a dvd though

DVDFab

I use DVDFab Platinum and it's been pretty faultless. As with all this software it still takes a while to convert (not quite as long as playing the DVD). This software allows you to convert for iPod, Mobile, Pocket PC, PSP etc.
It's free to try for 28 days and then about £30. Or I think you can delete from your registry and continue to use the trial.

DVD Copy Software from DVDFab | Copy DVD to PSP, DVDR or iPod

Cheers
