| You'll struggle to get a phone better then the HTC TYTN 2. Its a PDA, can surf the net, run windows mobile 6 and has GPS built in as well. It shows out of stock at the moment but take a look here. HTC TyTN II - upgrade your mobile phone to a HTC TyTN II - the Orange shop

| SWMBO has just got the LG Viewty (LG iPhone effort) and it looks rather good. She's not had it long enough to uncover any bugs or irritations AFAIK but it is definitely one worth looking at if it's available on Orange.

| I use an Orange (htc) TyT N II, which does what you want and more, it's even got a built in gps. I run VPlanner and Tide Plotter on mine. And it's free with a contract. Fill yer boots MyM

| I have the Vodafone variation on the TYTN2 - the V1615 and I love it. runs Vplanner fine - as well as other WM5 and 6 apps. Also runs Java apps too. Also consider the new O2 XDA Orbit 2 - which looks lovely..

| Only windows mobiles can run V-Planner which limits you to the HTC type phones (o2 orbit, T-Mobile Vario, TyNc -all the same rebranded phones). Which are pretty good btw - do everything you need them to do, but are a little bit brick like. However, mine has been repeatedly dropped onto concrete and still works The LG Viewty is Java enabled, so you can put something like JDeco on it. I think this is a pretty good phone so far, installed the Opera mini web browser on it because it's better than the standard one. Think there's a new Sony phone due out that will have Windows on it.
