| To send a fax by email Use the following format in the To: field remote-printer.firstname_surname/company_name@faxnumber.iddd.tpc.int Underscores (_) become spaces and forward slash (/) becomes carriage return (enter) Faxnumber should be international code and drop area code 0 eg 441246470823 So to send to Arthur Test at ANY Company Ltd on 01234 567890 you would put remote-printer.Arthur_Test/ANY_Company_Ltd@441234567890.iddd.tpc.int Not used it for a while as I just got a very old PC with XP on it and I use it to send faxes. I used a programme years ago where we saved a document as a certain file type then went through the process of using a "virtual fax" on our PC so send. Bit gimmicky and a lot of work for very little.

Hopefully when I get the adapters I'll be on my way. I did notice the programme had a coverpage editor, but I can't get it to accept my bespoke fax page, so more fiddling is required. Ta, for the tip anyway. ![]()

| I couldn't be arsed with the coverpage thing either so I just print all docs as pdf files. I then either do a coverpage on word and print it as a pdf or handwrite it and scan it as a pdf then merge the two files together and send that by fax. It's a bit of messing about, but I send so few that it's less time than working out how to setup a decent coverpage Arfie
