| Imported post Tanks normally filled with manifold open and using one valve so the mix will be the same. No harm in testing both just to make doubly sure I suppose - depends if you were there when they were filled! |

| Imported post They obviously should be filled with the manifold open but I suppose someone could make a mistake, although why a guy trained to fill tanks would close an already open manifold to fill is beyond me, but hey, I've been suprised many a time in the past.. So one tank should represent both but you raise an interesting point, mistakes are made and accidents do happen.. has anyone ever come across the problem of someone not filling correctly and should one test from both pillar valves |

| Imported post Straight after filling you will find they read different. The gases need a good stir up. I always find I get my most accurate readings when I get to the dive site and the twins have been layed down in the back of the car. Ali |
