Ok so I got my twin set, and I thought I'd set it up at long last with my wing. An hour later I have left it all sitting in the garage until I have cooled off - it seems that the plate won't line up with the holes in the wing! I've tried everything, so tomorrow I'm taking a drill to it! Has anyone else had any problems like this?

The backplate is a custom divers stainless, and the wing is a dive rite - are they incompatible as I suspect?

Ian

<font color='#000080'>Erm, both should have 11&quot; holes. It's pretty much standard for wings, backplates and tanks. That way you know you can trade sets with someone else if need be last minute.

I can't imagine either of these not having at least one set of holes that will line up! Suppose maybe that's the dive industry for you again. Never can they simply standardise something and leave it that way!

<font color='#000080'>Oh, and it's easier to put an eyelet in a wing than to make a decent job of a hole in a backplate.

Just to save you breaking that nice bit of SS you've got there.

AP backplates dont have 11&quot; holes. &nbsp;

My wing has holes for AP and 11&quot;, just in case.
