Gas blending question

Haven't got access to any blending software at the moment, so here's the question:
How many bar of 10/52 will I require to then top up with air to 230 bar to achieve a final mix of 16/xx, and what will the xx be?

Ta

105 bar of 10/52 topped with air to 230 bar gives 16/23.7

Only a minor difference, but 101 bar of 10/52 topped with air to 230 gives 16.17/22.83 according to my calcs.

Correct?

100 bar of 10/90 (Heliox) topped with air to 230 gives 16/39 which isn't too bad a mix.

100 bar of 10/90 (Heliox) topped with air to 220 gives 16/41.

Top with EAN 32 if available to get a more useful mix.

Its a shame more UK outlets don't do either pre-mix 32 or 32 using a filtered compressor...

Top of my head that's about normoxic I think (10% of the 105 is 10 bar 120 top up times a third 40 is 50 or about a fifth... maybe)

Close but not quite.
I need some cylinders filling and the nearest place has only managed 200 bar trimix fills in the past, and I quite like 230 bar (especially for the off-board stage as [crosses fingers] it lasts me most off the year [uncrosses fingers] or at least until I get another partial loop flood )

I have two twinsets full of 18/40 in the garage but they're down to 150 bar, and Tech-Blue won't be shipping my new booster 'til next week .

Plan B might be to calculate what fill of trimix will result in 18/40 when I top it up with air - or maybe it's not worth the bother and I'll go kite-flying instead!

Coming to France next year - two spaces left!
