| I usually get back cards within a week from TDI so I usually tell people that they should be receiving them from me within 3 weeks.

I've spoken to Stephen @ TDI (their office is in NI not mainland UK, I didn't realise this), who's on the road at the moment so can't confirm anything, so I've sent him an email with my details and he's going to look into it. Many thanks all

| Hi. I have always had the cards within 2 weeks of successful completion of any course.

| Hi, My experience is that two weeks is the norm. If I need them processed in a hurry, a phone call to Stephen Phillips (UK area manager) will usually get them done within 48hrs. Regards Dotty |
