TDI Cert Cards
Does anyone know if 6 months delay on TDI cert cards is average?

I did the course July 05 and still waiting, have spoken to the instructor and he's also annoyed with them. Anyone know of a contact number in the UK, the only number off there website is a mobile number in NI.

I'm not sure,

I did a the TDI Trimix course on the first weekend in December and had the card by Christmas, which I considered to be satisfactory, 6 months seems to be taking the michael somewhat.

I usually get back cards within a week from TDI so I usually tell people that they should be receiving them from me within 3 weeks.

Yip I got both of mine within a couple of weeks of completing the courses.

completed my mod 1 in december and got the card within 10 days of finishing the course, i would say something has gone wrong somewhere.

I have always had the cards within 2 weeks of successful completion of any course.

My experience is that two weeks is the norm. If I need them processed in a hurry, a phone call to Stephen Phillips (UK area manager) will usually get them done within 48hrs.
