(On a more serious note though Steve, be careful being seen on these boards wearing shorts. You don't want to get the natives excited, I'm already surprised Fiona only commented on the stand and not your thighs)!!

Excellent photo's

of the garden mate but someone's spoiled them by sticking some tanky things in the way!

P.s. you've got some cotton hanging out of your shorts!!

Those look really nice.

I used to twinvert but the Custom divers protector stopped all that nonsense when it bent.

I'm tempted to go back to the upsidedown side!

You bad evil boy...there was I about to fit the two CD slob knobs I just got off ebay (on account of my neo suit restricting shutdowns) and along you come with yet more reasons to spend money and change my set up yet again!!!!

*Thinks* I suppose if I flogged the slob knobs I'd have the money for the stands...

They do look nice don't they? I was thinking about inverting mine. I see they aren't listed on the website that was posted last year. Might drop the guy an email and see if he will knock up a batch.

Steve,
I notice ur manifold isolator is offset, is it a problem if the valve is in the middle? does it clash with the leg of the guard?

Hi Marty,

I don't think it will be a problem as there would still be space to get your hand to it. At a push I can reach it with my other hand.

Safe diving,
Steve

I started with my twinverts isolator pointing inward but with a wrist covered in computers, compasses and slates it proved impractical and I reset it to point outward and that worked very well. I could reach it with finger tips of either hand and turn it one handed or, if I grabbed the bullbars with the other hand and heaved the rig over, it came right into my hand and I could snap the valve shut. None of that 'shut down in X seconds' lark. Just Grab, Heave, Shut - were you counting?
