Putting a continous break in new harness

Ok, so i went for the simple DIR harness, but my shoulder injury makes it difficult to wiggle out of it.

Therefore, I have decided to get some new webbing and make a new harness, but this time, put a break/loop in it with a clip, so that the harness is still continous but has a break which makes it easier to get off.

If I get the new webbing and relevant clips, can something physically help me put it together - either at home (near staines) or at Wrayspuddle?

You can bring it round to me if you like, I have a similar setup.

Don't suppose you can take some photos during the process as my I'm thinking of putting a break in my missus harness. Pretty please...
Would be a great help.

Thanks,

Ian

We'll sort it all over the weekend, my kit came from John Perrin at Kent Tooling.

Hi All,

I modelled mine from the bottom pic on here http://diveweb.oneandoneis2.org/noclips.htm except I have a stainless weight retainer at either side of the loop to stop it slackening off, and the loop held tight to the harness with a piece of bungie.

HTH

Safe diving,
Steve

I am planning to do this as well so any pictures or advice will be gladly received.

Thanks in advance, and Steve any chance of a pic of your setup when under strain, or just with everything connected in the closed position?
