Mine is very new... it came straight from TDI a couple of months ago and is dated 2002. Have i been diddled? It is the one which has ERD & Trimix, metric.

There's not a lot in any of them you can't read on the web though. You probably know more about it than you're supposed to right now thanks to the internet. I wonder how instructors cope.

If you are planning to buy a TDI one and do the course via a TDI instructor you should get the manual from the instructor you are planning to do the course with. The TDI manuals from the UK have a number inside the page and the instructor has to put the number on the paper work to prove he or she has had a manual. I think this is right if not Mark should point you in the right direction.

That's exactly right, if you are going to do the course then talk to your instructor. I always send out the manuals in advance so people have a chance to review them.
