I use a 1 Litre bottle and get 2 45 metre dives out of it, one of those putting a bag up, with plenty of spare for conservatism. If, Mark, you are literally just adding enough to take away the squeeze I find it amazing that you are running out. I basically add enough so that I can reach my valves and that's it - just enough to stop the squeeze and no more.

And yes, I nick 20 bar out of my deco bottle - saves me just emptying into the air as I don't like AL80's blown past 180 bar anyway.
