I suspect its because I used the PADI logo without permission (which is an OK argument) but anything else then I will argue like I have on here!

It's probably because you used the PADI logo. If you're not in teaching status - ie. you haven't paid PADI their annual pound of flesh - then you're technically not allowed to use the PADI logo to 'market' your product without PADI's prior permission. They're funny that way... lol

BTW - Looking forward to looking through the training materials, Matt. I'm sure myself and others will be happy to give you feedback on it...

Really not a good idea to post your email address up like this Clare as 'spam bots' will have a field day with it! before you know it, your mailbox will be bursting with offers for cheap viagra, fake watches and once in a lifetime 20% shares in the unclaimed millions of some poor unfortunate nigerian prince!

For future reference, use something like 'clare AT gue.com' or add a spamtrap like 'clare@gue.NOSPAM' (replace .NOSPAM with .com) for email to work. This ensures that your email is still easy to read but stops spambots from picking up on it!

Good point - I have paid my annual fees to them, but not currently in teaching status due to insurance (or lack of...) as i posted earlier - im suffering from poor health at the moment and so wont be diving for the reast of this year - pointless paying insurance renewal when you dont get discount for continuation of coverage, and not gonna need it anyway.

I will be trying my luck on eBay again soon and see what happens....It'll be marketed / advertised slightly different.

Also, thanks for the heads-up on the email thingy....I hadn't thought about that either (I usually put my email address on everything) so I will change that from now on.
