Whats done to o2 clean a cylinder??

Just wondering what these service guys do to my cylinders.

The cylinder is cleaned of grease, oil and anything else, as is the pillar valve. The valve is stripped, and cleaned and any non-O2 compatible aprts are replaced by suitable bits.

The whole thing is then dried and reassembled.
