Advice on Contents Gauge and Nitrox

Evening All

I have just bought a 7lt deco cylinder and nitrox Regs. Are new cylinders O2 Clean by default ? (It is nitrox labelled).

I assume that the contents gauge & hose should also be O2 clean, or is a brand new air filled guage clean enough ?
I am looking to use > 40%

Any advice as to manufacturer / model of gauges greatly appreciated.
